Slugs, pipes, blocks, bricks or tiles, chamfered, flat or upright: this cutter cuts mostly all ceramic products as requested – and this extremely accurate. That is why this ceramic cutter is used all over the world.

Lean and robust: the slug cutter BA can be designed for individual requirements and is used, among others, for portioning extruded columns for a multiwire cutter (Multicut MC) or for a roof tile press.
It is durable, low-maintenance and cuts either horizontally (without idle stroke) or vertically.
LEANCUT LC
Solid and straightforward: The Leancut LC is a column-controlled cutter with individual drives for cutter carriage advance and cutting movement. Thanks to its modular structure, this type of cutter can be designed for the respective needs. For example, it can be designed for the cutting of multiple extruded light wall blocks, ceiling blocks, wall blocks or even standard bricks. It cuts precise slugs for roof tile presses with closed molds as well as ceramic pipes, or – using an oscillating wire – extremely thin-walled catalyst bodies.
MULTICUT MC
Peak performance for top quality: who produces high quality facing bricks, pavers or small wall bricks finds the ideal cutter in the Multicut MC of Freymatic Ceramics. This high-performance cutter guarantees precise and easy chamfering and cutting as well as quick format change.
OMNICUT OC
Capable of great things: The FREYMATIC Omnicut OC 800 – 1300 cuts blocks in multiple extrusion, whereby a waste cut (trim cut) neutralizes an unequal column advance. All product related adjustments are defined by notches and fixed by quick release fasteners, which simplifies and accelerates change over.
The cutter can be equipped with up to three wires.
