The number of bricks per cut is defined by the length of the brick carrier in the drier or – on stiff extrusion – by the setting pattern

OPTION
Adjustable cutting change parts
The cutting length of wire frame and cutting table, up to now a fix measure on the FREYMATIC Multicut MC, can now be made adjustable.
All cutting change parts are positioned in the “external” adjusting device and the desired cutting length and the number of bricks is set on the display.
- wishes for a special cutting length (different fired color) can be realized simply and quick
- computer aided laser beams allow the exact positioning of cutting and chamfering tools
- no more downtime because of fussy readjustment of cutting- and chamfering tools
- the damped wire holders reduce wire breakage
